1/11/1994· In this work we present Sn02 gas sensors on Si substrates sensitive to CO and CO2. The devices have been structured using standard thinfilm technologies. The sensor architecture also includes an integrated heater to activate the Sn02 gas reaction. The layer sequence is temperature stable up to 900 C for 48 h in synthetic air.
